After hiring Handy Andy to replace door & window fixtures in our home, he refused to complete the job (which he was paid for) after we expressed our dissatisfaction of his work stating he didn't like my husband's attitude. Andy appears to lack experience & demonstrated poor communication & customer service.

Andy was very professional throughout the whole job. He painted my basement and hallway. He cleaned up after each day and kept on schedule. He also did many small projects that were hard for me to do at my age. Tony
