The work was professional, they stayed in touch via text and email prior to the initial estimate and until the job was completed, they didn't up-charge me for the needed parts, and they diagnosed my problem correctly the first time and didn't pad their labor costs. I will definitely contact this company for any future furnace or A/C needs.
