HELLER CABINETRY

When we first designed and purchased our home office and laundry cabinets, we were happy with the process and how responsive the designer was with us. Then the problems struck. We were told this job would only take one day or maybe a day and a half. It is now one month since the start of installation and it's STILL NOT DONE. The first installer was lazy and would keep leaving the job saying that he had other jobs and took too many smoke breaks. Then he said he would show on a Saturday so we cancelled all of our plans for that day. HE DID NOT SHOW OR CALL. After calling over 3-4 times to the main office, they finally sent someone else to finish the job. He was much better than the first and finished everything all that day, except for one thing. One of the cabinet doors was ordered incorrectly and we have been patiently waiting for the correct door to be installed. Now that's it's been a month, we call the office almost every morning and they have completely ignored us. No call back or answer when we call. Once they got or money, the process has slowed down tenfold. One more problem. We were promised the rest of the large quartz slab that went unused but it was never delivered to us. $1000 basically stolen from us! We have asked about it and again, no response and we are ignored! Do not use this company for your cabinets. Once they have your money they will not respond to your concerns, some of their installers are under par and unreliable, and they will not keep their promises.
