We had our old porch cover removed and a new install with a cage over our hot tub patio area. This was done in 2015. The installers were very good. We've had some leaks but Housman has been working on it diligently. Mark Housman cares and wants your job right.

I had to request a more detailed estimate on the next day as Tim's first one just had the over all price of $911 dollars with no math explaining why to me.5 days after that, still no revised estimate. I even had dialogue with Robert Housman himself,,,who accused me of being rude to his employee Linda,,,who promised me I would have that estimate before Yesterday was over(she said before the day is out)....didn't happen.

very poor on concrete and now puddles form on deck on both sides they added concrete patio - very bad with concrete cracks in 1st year
