Efrain and his crew never finished the job at my house. They started the work on my sunroom. They laid the concrete which was a horrible job, the concrete is uneven, and very sloppy. He put the windows in, but didn’t finish putting in all the parts to the windows. He said he would bring the parts for the windows and as of today he is now ignoring my calls. When walking on my floor there is a drop due to the uneven foundation. The concrete foundation is an extremely sloppy job with excess concrete in my grass and on the foundation. He destroyed my gutter work on my house. The electrical work was not correct, he lied about having a permit pulled. I called and it was never pulled. I had to hired my own electrician to fix that messed up job. With all those issues, I had to basically start the entire job over and lost approximately $10,000 on the start of a very sloppy job.

I originally hired Efrain Juarez and his crew to do some concrete work on a patio slab. I was very happy with the work. That led me to hire Efrain recently for another job, replacing an existing slab and building a ramp. Unfortunately the slab slants the wrong direction and holds water. But the bigger issue is the ramp. I asked Efrain to make the ramp with recessed stairs in the middle of it. Instead he made the stairs elevated. They are so tall I can't drive up the ramp totally defeating it's purpose. Efrain has always told me he stands behind his work and will make any problems right. That's not the case! He's told me he won't fix the problem with the ramp unless I pay for it. He admitted he never bothered to look at the pictures I sent him of the way the ramp should have been constructed even though he asked me to send them to him. I can't in good conscious recommend anyone use Efrain or his company in light of this new information.
