HORRIBLE!! Do not hire these people. It's not the techs job to fix your problem. Supervisors don't show up after you complain about the tech breaking a tile in your floor. And your appliance will still be broken. My problem is WORSE after they left bc they broke a tile in my floor and refuse to fix it. The girl that answers the phone is rude too! There is a reason they have a F with the BBB.
