STAY AWAY! I rarely get mad enough to go public... well done, Revid you've motivate me. According to the owners it's unprofessional to ask for your money back on double-charged work. We suspected overcharging all along, and it became clear by the end. It got bad when our tenant moved out. We re-did floors - normal upkeep. We pay Revid $1300 to take up the carpet and repair & re-finish the hardwood. Since we took up carpet, the kitchen floor is at a different level from the living room. We ask why they didn't put down a threshold to smooth the transition. The next month they bill $120 to put down a threshold - we never agreed to pay more than the original $1300 for the threshold. Then, we get a $450 charge for "re-key, clean up, and touch-up paint". About a month later, they bill another $130 charge for touch-up paint. They just take the money out of your rent checks. So we ask for refunds on the double-charges. According to the owner Chris Brown we agreed to the very charges we're disputing and it's unprofessional to ask for your money back: "Prep estimates were given, agreed upon, work performed and work paid for. The threshold was not in any estimate. Melissa asked us to do it so we did and that is why you were charged. As for the water stain this was a request by the new tenants that was with in our authority to fix per the management agreement especially since painting ceilings was not it the prep estimate. We did that work and billed you for it. There is no other way I can explain this to you. Again no refund we will be given. And our work load is relevant when certain clients manipulate our time for extremely unreasonable and unprofessional requests. We have heard your opinion and just disagree. The matter is dead and we will not comment on it anymore."
