Wow, where do I even start with this company, if you can even call it that, its more of a scam. My girlfriend and I signed a lease in the middle of the corona virus, securing an affordable place to live in very uncertain times. Well, about 5 months into the lease this company realizes that they NEVER SIGNED THEIR END OF THE LEASE. Due to this we are now forced to move out and find a new place with a couple weeks notice. If this isn't unprofessional enough, the follow up calls we received just added fuel to the fire. Somebody who works there, Jared, decided to would be a good idea to essentially blame us for the problem and then get mad when we asked how something as simple as not signing the lease was overlooked. Now that's a "C'mon Man!" moment Jared. And that was just the problems dealing with the realty company, let me tell you about some of the issues with the house itself. First of all, we can't turn the fan on in the room without turning on all the lights in every other room in the house. Yes, that is correct, if I turn my fan on, EVERY light in other peoples bedroom will turn on. There is a severe ant infestation in the house too, they are in the kitchen, the bedroom, the restroom, everywhere! We have bought 3 different types of ant bait to try and get rid of them but nothing works. They come back like clockwork. The shower knob broke within 2 weeks of moving in and it took them 3 weeks + an additional phone call to get the work order PLACED, nobody came out until 1 month later. That is when I realized, these people don't care about you or your family. They just want their money and will kick you to the curb the second you need something from them. Terrible people all around and I will never give them another penny from my wallet.
