DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! What a horrible experience we had with this company! First off the communication sucked! We wasted two days of our lives for the guy to show up! And then another full day of him trying to “get it somewhat fixed”!!!!! We sensually were robbed by this company! They charged us $650 and the door still doesn’t work right!! Oh and the $50 service call so a total of $700 and some change!!! He replaced a bunch of parts that had nothing to do with the issue!! And then tried to sell us a new lift motor and that’s why it isn’t Working right! Wrong answer!! We had another company come out the very next day and he replaced two bearings and retightened the spring and poof it works perfectly!! And only cost us $63!!!!! So I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! And to boot he broke my lawn spray rig $75 worth of parts and an hour of my time to repair it!!!
