REO replaced our roof for us. Professional from start to finish. My insurance company recommended them, and their bid was within the range and reasonable. The roof looks great, they cleaned up after themselves, and finished the job in just a few days. Any questions we had were answered promptly, Great company to work with, I highly recommend them.

REO did a great job replacing my tile roof. They showed up when they said they would and I spoke to the foreman each morning and he let me know what to expect. All the guys on the job were friendly and courteous. Michael, the manager, is great to work with. His quote was very reasonable and the whole process went very smooth. They also did a good job cleaning up the debris when the job was complete. I would highly recommend this company for roofing needs.

  | Exterior Paint and Re Roof | Apr 2016 | The stucco exterior and wood fascia showed cracks and signs of weathering from sun damage, but after pressure washing the exterior and repairing the stucco and wood with our proprietary blend of patching compound, the house was ready for spot priming and paint. We used Sherwin Williams SuperPaint on the exterior for a great looking finish that is 100% acrylic, giving the home Owners piece of mind that their new paint job will hold up for years to come. The roof underlayment was cracked and deteriorating from the Arizona summers. Out team carefully removed the tile roof sections at a time to remove the old paper. We installed PEAK synthetic paper. This comes with a 50 YR warranty from the manufacturer. The homeowners were thrilled with the look of the their new paint.   | Scottsdale Condos - Colony Camelback | Nov 2015 | This project involved repairing and re painting the exteriors of 10 two-story condominium buildings. We also replaced the T111 wood siding with custom routed plywood siding from California. New roof tile was also installed in two areas above the mailboxes. We worked closely with HOA board members and the property management team to ensure a quality job that was completed on time and on budget.
