When we pressed him about his incompetent project management services and inferior work products, he became defensive and claimed that less than mediocre work is best he can produce and deliver. Herrera is a cheater. Herrera left the project before cleaning up and disposing construction debris. He exposed us to hazardous waste materials and physical health threats without any disregard to human health and safety for more than two weeks. We had to hire a professional clean up service to fix his mess. This is a fraudulent businessman and his workers are amateurs at best. We are suing him to recover our financial losses due to breach of contract, negligence (everything he does is careless without any thought), theft (he stole our hallway door and did not take any responsibility for taking it, and took our money without finishing the job), and deceptive business practices (over charges, keeps your material receipts to claim on his income taxes.)
