The cleaning service went beyond my expectations. I don't think I've ever seen my house so spotless. They made sure before leaving to speak with me. They were very professional from start to finish. They allowed me to do a run through of my home before they left. Everything was great! I've never been so satisfied , I will definitely be using them more often !

My daughter gave this to me for Christmas. She scheduled 6 hours of cleaning (or 3 hours if there are 2 of them which there was). When they can I asked what were they supposed to do and the told me a 'deep cleaning' which includes dusting the window sills. What I got was the floors vacuumed and mopped, some dusting and the bathrooms cleaned. Along with that, a trash bags left sitting on the floor next to the trash can in the garage, everything moved out of place in the bathroom & my bedroom dressing table and left sitting in the middle of the counter, the trash cans left sitting on top of the toilets and my plastic water bottle were washed with some type of chemical that has let a horrible smell and taste so I have had to throw them away (why they bothered them in the first place is beyond me). They left an hour early after being late coming and all they said was "We done" and left. Didn't wait for an inspection of the work or anything. If that was deep cleaning, I need to send my 13 and 14 year old grand kids over to get a job. Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY not.

This is the best cleaning company in the Dallas -Fort Worth area. The owners are very professional. They do an awesome job and the rates are very competitive. If you want the job done right and completely then make the call to Honey Do Cleaning!!!!
