He seemed friendly. He put in my water heater okay. All works okay. However, I also paid for a city permit (by his suggestion). I never received the inspection or permit. I paid an extra $150 for this. I contacted them over a dozen times to get the permit I paid for (or to get a refund). However, I have not received either. So, at the end of the day, this company STOLE $150 from me. I recommend using someone else.

In April of 2015, Robert Quinn replaced my water heater. There was one step that he was unable to complete, something to do with attaching a drain pipe that would be needed if the tank started to leak. He didn't have the right size of PVC pipe to do it. He was to come back in a few days and do that last step. We exchanged a few e-mails back and forth with him always having some excuse. First he was out of town, then he got sick. It's been over a year now and he has NEVER come back to finish it. My last e-mail to him I explained that I had also been through a health crises and would really like to receive at least some response from him. No response was ever received. I would not use him again. He did a good job with the water heater but his lack of response to me was inexcusable.

I called R.Q. Plumbing on the recommendation of a close friend. I needed a pedestal sink removed and new cabinet/faucet put in. He came out same week I called him and installed quickly...in 1.5 hrs. The new sink moved away from wall and left a gap. I sent him a picture of it. He called immediately and scheduled to come in 2 days. A personal issue arose and he came out a day later as promised. He plumed the sink and re-caulked. His price was fair and he did a good job for me.
