STAY AWAY !! Jo/Joseph is an absolute disaster: he's unprofessional, unreliable, always late, spend 2 hours max per day "working", and then "has to go get supplies in Home Depot" and disappears for days!!! It's been going on for almost 3 weeks now and he still hasn't delivered what anyone could have done in 3 days. When he finally reemerges, he then promises to make things up by doing additional work for free - but he's still unable to finish the work we originally paid him for! I have text messages from him where he himself confirms that he's over promising and under delivering. To top that off he's blaming us for the situation and refuses to reimburse us for the job that has not been completed yet. He's a nightmare and I urge anyone looking for a honest, reliable, competent and trustworthy handyman to stay away from this guy.
