He made time to come install our tankless hot water heater a full week before originally agreed (it came in early), which was fantastic! However... He had to have our help frequently, and he didn't have some of the necessary tools (like a ladder, or a flashlight). In order to run some wires from the breaker box to the hot water heater, he went into the attic but cracked our ceiling throughout most of the main stretch. There was a lot of water throughout the work area (I'm not sure if that's normal or not for a hot water heater installation), but to clean it up he had to use our towels. The work area wasn't very clean afterwards, and we are having to get rid of the heater ourselves instead of the contractor. He did get our hot water heater working, which is nice because we've been without for a little over a week, but the clean up/beautifying will probably take a little more effort than preferred on our end. Prices were much higher than originally agreed upon, however about half of it was for the parts (which is hard to avoid no matter who you work with!)

Dwayne was courteous and thorough. Arrived on time. We had a challenging install with a very small closet for a stacked washer dryer. He did a great job.
