I want to replace my cabinets which have been in that space some since 1937 and the rest sometime in the 1990s. All new counter tops and and updated storage space all new appliances remove a wall and make an island. I also must replace the flooring throughout my house because they are in bad shape and there are more termite trails throughout the house. The floors have more termite trails than you realizes at first inspection. I must replace all appliances except maybe the refrigerator which I did replace in 2008 but has been abused by mostly everybody who has ever stayed at my house.
