I'm 77 yrs of age, physically disabled with polio & my 97 yr old mother lives with me. I have home insurance & this company was assigned to me. I have been with hot water a week. One excuse & lie after another. They finally came out with a heater yesterday. My water well didn't come on but I did notify them last night that it is working. They advertise emergency service for hot water heaters but will not come till tomorrow. In the interim, I cannot turn the breakers back on so my fridge & full freezer has been without power. Not poor service, NO SERVICE
