We hired Willey Electric to rewire our home, which was undergoing a complete renovation and addition. Thing started out well, but quickly went downhill. Very, very far downhill. He was extremely slow, and unreliable. He had constant excuses about why he couldn't show up, or find any help to get our project moving. Even though our contract specifically stated that he was only to be paid when certain milestones were reached (rough inspection, final inspection), he threatened to walk off the job if we didn't pay him when he "ran out of money". He makes all his money charging for "extras". To him, when he installs something wrong and you see it, and ask him to correct it, he then will count that as an "extra" and charge you more for it. He was the worst electrician we have ever used, and can only say, "DO NOT HIRE".
