Great job cleaning our chimney! Price was very reasonable and was a lot less than other companies

I wish I could leave these gents a good review, but I cannot. In September, I made an appointment for damper installation to take place on 11/30. 11/30 rolled around and no one showed. I took the initiative to reach out to them- rather than the other way around- and was assured via text that Daniel would reach out to me shortly (Alex was unable to keep his appointment and neglected to inform his clients). After 6 hours of no Daniel, I reached out again. For the next 4 days I called three times a day, left courteous but concise voicemails, and never heard a peep from a soul. This company does NOT care about work ethic, their clients, maintaining a professional reputation, or basic common courtesy. This is no way to run a business or treat others. P.S. The only reason I was so patient and continued to contact them was because 4 years ago they cleaned our chimney and we had no bumps in the road at the time. But, they've definitely, permanently lost our business after this fiasco.

Put my home project through Home Advisor. Was called my Alex 30 minutes later. He talked a good game bragging about his great company and had me change my requested appointment time from Tuesday to Sunday morning at 10AM. He stated he would call before he came out. I never received a call nor did I ever receive a visit from the company. Very inconsiderate and definitely a poor business practice. And it does not look good for Home Advisor either. After following up with some research I understand this is usual practice for this company. How do these people stay in business. How hard is it to call if you can't keep an appointment.

With weather storms destroying so much, I was shocked to get anyone out to even look at my home. Not only did they come out the same day to give an estimate, but also found me a licensed plumber to redo the pipes in my downstairs bathroom that ruptured. Once they completed the work I signed on for their scheduled maintenance plan so I no longer worry about my air ducts, chimney, or gutters. They even pressure washed my driveway for free. I can't recommend them enough. They are fast, friendly and really seem to care about their customers.
