They do not even deserve one star do not deal with them ever ever ever. Rob Soto is a scumbag. If a guy named Matt shows up to your house for an estimate tell him to go away. Worst unprofessional people I've ever dealt with as a homeowner.
Like everyone said before, Robert Sotto cannot be trusted with anything. He did our driveway and back yard , ruined our pool and then disappeared. Stay away as far as you can from him.
