Having worked at large companies we discovered we can do it better on a smaller scale. Norm Terapak started the company in 1994 with no listings and just managing a few properties. The company has had continued growth due to our personalized service and efforts to do a better job for our customers and clients. We network in the communites in which we work and live. We interact with community groups, past customers and clients, and receive pre-approved buyer referrals from banks. We get many referrals from past customers who were happy with our service.
