Platform built for equipment to sit on horizontal. Install gas lines: range stub, water heater stub, and gas line to the new furnace Electrical installed to the furnace, AC, light and plug in attic for service. Electrical permit New: Pan under equipment in attic, new condensate drain, venting for furnace, new line set ran to new AC, pad for AC, one heat run in each bedroom. living room, dinner room, each bathrrom. Remove existing oil furnace and recycle. Install Bryant 915SA 80,000BTU furnace. New electrical circuit ran from panel to new furnace. Permit and drawing. New exhaust and intake vents ran to the outside of home through joist bay. Condensate drain repaired to work properly. New metal transitions fabricated to adapt new furnace to existing ductwork. Recover refrigerant from heat pump to install the coil in the proper location on the new furnace. Weld back up refrigerant lines, charge system and verify the heat pumps proper operation. Increase the duct work heat run that supplies the north bedroom upstairs to get better air flow. Reduce the heat run size in the down stairs bedroom Move the location of the media filter for easy access for changing
