Disaster! Roof looks terrible. Shingles aren’t properly placed down or measured, nails have been shot through the flashing, pipes aren’t secured down, and chimney was never fixed. There’s more, but long story short we were promised a complete re roofing job and have gotten nothing. Materials are still sitting here. Roof doesn’t pass inspection due to extensive negligence and a list of items that need to be totally re done. Owner has made no attempt to contact us and each time someone comes out, we never hear anything else about getting this fixed. We’ve asked for our down payment back so we can get this fixed and get rid of the leaks that we acquired during this work.
