Evan did two bathroom remodels, laundry room and wet bar. I had to ask numerous times for carpet runners to be put down. I complained to him several times about the men he hired for the upstairs bathroom and found out later he found them on Craigslist. There were numerous times Evan said he would be there and then failed to show or call/text. About a month after the projects were completed, my husband noticed dripping in the garage. This came from the newly remodeled bathroom. Evan did not return phone calls or text messages. We had to hire a plumber to fix. The bathtub drain was installed wrong with no gasket or thread tape, silicone was used rather than putty. In addition, the connection to the existing drain line was not fitted correctly. The tub spout was also put in wrong. We have asked Evan to reimburse us for this cost and he has failed to reimburse us. These are the big things. There were lots of little things as well. I would never use him again.
