Our AC was not putting out cool air. Tech said we needed a capacitor which he replaced and charged $149.00 in addition to the service fee. 30 min after he was gone, my husband called company back to report that unit stopped working again. Tech said that the problem was now the motor and that the money we paid would not be credited towards the new motor. Great loss, in other words! We will never use this company again based on poor customer relations. Signed, Bailey
