This company came to my home two months ago for a simple estimate for patio cover, partial decorative fencing and possibly a carport cover. They only sent me an estimate for the fence which was nearly $3,000 and was a bit high. My plan was to finance the installation of the fence and the patio cover in one bulk and pay it off. I never, ever, heard from them again about an estimate. A man came out and looked at the carport portion for measuring, and after numerous, numerous calls to the office, and left messages, they never got back with me. It is almost like they were avoiding me, as if I were the plague. We are very upset that they did not ever return calls or contact us about installation. I am taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know how terrible they are and how they just ignore customers who are willing to spend their money with them.
