VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I MADE INITIAL CONTACT WITH THIS GUY, GAVE HIM THE LOCK BOX CODE TO THE HOME. HE GAVE ME A DATE THAT HE WOULD TAKE A LOOK AT THE HOME AND GIVE ME A BID WITH SCOPE OF WORK. AFTER ONE WEEK, I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP WITH HIM AND HE STATED THAT HE HAD NOT LOOKED AT THE PROPERTY AND THAT HE HAD PUT IT ON THE BACK BURNER. HE NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME THAT HE HAD NOT LOOKED AT IT AND IF I HAD NOT CALLED HIM, A WEEK AFTER HE TOLD ME HE WOULD LOOK AT IT, I WOULD BE STILL WAITING ON HIS BID. GLAD I DID NOT USE HIM. IF HE CAN NOT EVEN GO OUT AND DO THE BID IN A TIMELY AND FOLLOW UP IN A TIMELY MANNER, I WOULD HATE TO SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES HIM TO GET THE JOB DONE.
