Very reasonably priced however when they left I went to go look at attic (mind you the tech asked if I wanted him to shut the latter door) I said no wish I would have. Once I went to close the ladder door it was messed up and wouldn't shut! It is only 2 yrs old and never had an issue! Make sure you check your property before and after. If it wasn't for the damage I would have given a 5star.
