SAN REMO RENOVATIONS

James was the worst contractor we have ever dealt with. He completely butchered the roof he installed over our concrete patio. The posts were not straight, he cut corners by installing a cheap metal roof, which he was also installed wrong. He cut up our siding and then glued the flashing to the siding. The flashing should have been installed under the siding to prevent water from leaking under the roof. Then when it came to finishing the project it took him over 2 months and he still could not complete it. The sides of the roof were completely butchered with particle board showing and holes. Not a single board was cut to the right size. It was a mess. I can't believe I paid him $10,000 and he still wants more money! Do not ever use him.

Owner and worker did a very professional job in tiling my outside side and front porches. Both the Owner and worker were easy to work with.

James and his crew were very professional while in our home. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up when they left. They ran into a small issue that had been left by a previous contractor and fixed it for us at no additional charge. A small water leak occurred in a fitting they installed that we didn't notice until it leaked through the ceiling during the night. I sent James a message to which he immediately responded. To show you how professional they were, they not only repaired the leak and damage, but repaired some sheet-rock issues we already had at a greatly reduced cost (probably about the cost of materials). They were very friendly and respectful around my family, I would recommend Sam Remo Renovations.

I used San Remo to complete some work around our house in preparation to sell (pressure wash entire house, pressure wash deck to remove damaged paint, re-paint deck, fix door frame issues). Their pricing was very reasonable, quality of work was very good, and they were easy to work with. Thanks guys!
