I am a Professional Painter with 30 years experience. I work by myself so I can charge you less but it will take me longer to do your project than a painting crew. I clean up at the end of the day. After I set up a room before I pull out any primer I do the proper prep work. That is the most important step to a professional paint job that will look great and last for years. I can repair drywall or plaster, skim coat, patch etc. I sponge down the finish so there is no drywall dust traveling through your home and ending upon your dining room or kitchen tables and hardwood floors etc. I respect your home and take the time to do a top quality job for you. I hate sloppy people or people who do not care like you and that is why I work by myself. What you do----you supply the paint and break down the room which means take down the drapes and everything off the walls and move the furniture to the middle of the room and put it back together when I am done. I will supply the drop cloths, tools and supplies. As an example an avg. size room is 160 for prep and 2 coats and a 14 x 20 Living Room is 300.
