Worst experience. Run away from this company. They are not dependable or honest. We hired The Cedar Mill to add an additional aluminum fence next to an existing aluminum fence. They put up a fence with more than half the posts having defective paint jobs with grayish brown discolored spots, blotches and patches. Every post had numerous nicks, dings, scratches, scrapes, and scuffs like they were dropped or dragged on gravel. It looked like they bought the fence and posts from a second hand sale. None of the posts were acceptable as new posts. A ¼ of the fence sections had either bad paint jobs or excessive scratches. Laid gaits with plastic on grass for 2 days in 90 degree weather burning the grass, and plastic melted to the gaits. A foot off on one side of the fence making the adjacent side angled. Tied into the existing fence voiding warranty. Defaced the existing fence by tearing off the stickers of the other company. They either under or over poured the cement (not concrete because they never used aggregate like sand or small stone). Salesman suggested they could paint the posts which was not acceptable. I asked him if he would accept the job at his home, he said he wouldn’t. The salesman took photos telling us he would talk to the owner, and get back to us later in the afternoon, and by next morning we still heard nothing. We fired The Cedar Mill via e-mail\certified mail requesting they remove “their” fence, posts, and concrete from our property, and we never heard from them again! Hired the company that did our original fence to do the job for us the correct way. To install new fence we were forced to take down the Cedar Mill fence. To remove 36 posts we augered down 3 feet then dug them out by hand, and partially removed another 18 posts. They abandoned their fence forcing us to remove it, so we were forced to file a lawsuit against them for time and expenses to remove their fence that we never paid for. I have 2000+ pictures of a disgusting fence.

Great work, very good with clean up, and really nice workers. I love my second fence from you guys. Old one was almost 18 years old and kids hoping the fence years ago. Thanks you guys!!!!

Set an appt over a week ago for 5:30. Girl called the evening before and confirmed for the appt. Did ask how many other quotes we are getting and we advised. Then day of Mike left a message on my husbands phone 30 mins before he was to arrive that he would be an hour late. That was fine with us, so we called back for him to still come out. After making sound like an inconvenience to come he then started questioning who else we have gotten quotes from and started bad mouthing a competitor. Basically wanted us to agree to use them before them coming out to give a quote. WOW guess they didn't want over a 6k job.
