Bill Waddell Plumbing of Morristown

talked to him at 8 am he promised to be there by afternoon... called again this afternoon about 5pm and he had totally forgot who i was, and what the issue was...He promised to be there within the hour once again..but never showed..So i went to lowes and 30 bucks and an hr later problem solved. from what i understand bill is now in his 80's .. and seems to promise everyone same day service, then just dont show up. had i known this i would have went ahead and called someone else or done it myself like i did and saved a whole day waiting, for A no call / no show. ....just a guess i will call again tomorrow and bet he dont know who i am again. .. simply not worth the waste of time.. seek another plumber.
