I am very disappointed in my service. I have made 4 phone calls, with messages, never a call back, and have gone to the office, to try to get my large garbage cans switched for the smaller ones, that would be easier for me to maneuver. I have been told twice it would be within the week. It has still not happened. I feel they are telling me this just to make me go away for another week. I don"t understand. Are they that short handed?
