They called me to set up appointment to see the job and prepare estimate. While on the phone with me, he kept (rudely) carrying a conversation on with someone else in the background. Then at the appointed date was a no show, no call. I figured no loss.

My experience with this contractor is that he is DISHONEST. He’ll tell you one thing and does the opposite. We are currently in litigation.
