Yost & Campbell Heating, Cooling & Generators

Horrible service and professionalism!!! Over a month and the job is not done, and they lie! They claimed they have come to the house several times, but no one is home. We have had our contractor and several others there DAILY from 8 to 5 working on the house, and they have never seen a Yost & Campbell truck. Our contractor contacted them to start June 18th, they said yes, failed to come. They finally came mid-July and never completed the work. I called and left a poor review, they promised to come and fix the issues. In good faith I removed the review, in return they never came and finished the job!! We have air ducts in the wrong place, not completed etc. We have had our GC office manager call them to tell them to get the job done. They are upset that a business they have worked with has done this. We have talked to Amy and Vanessa at the office, with a promise that the men would come. We have talked to Leo who gave us the run around and how they need to order parts etc. This is our second home renovation and we know what does into central air. We were promised someone would come today, never came. Therefore, I have contacted my lawyer, don't need to pay for services not render and they have not followed contract. I have filed a compliant with BBB and ABSOLUTELY will never recommend Yost to anyone. Let us not forget that the workers have not been properly been trained to install the central air components as our electrician already has seen a few issues, as their electrician and people NEVER came. We have tried to be fair, etc, but their attitude and lack of services shows that maybe they are not up to par in their industry anymore.
