Ken seemed great and we hired him in 2019. I did not realize he sub-contracted out to as, I thought I was hiring a group of people that were equally as experienced. The two men who came out to paint the house were less than professional and I never would have hired personally. A year later and many phone calls and emails about the paint on the house having issues Ken came out with another gentleman. Many of my concerns were dismissed. However they did patch the areas that were flaking and pealing. I never really have been happy with the way the house looks after it was painted but, I'm stuck with it. Now unfortunelty, there is more cracking, peeling, and bubbling around the house, the foundation, and the carports. I hope it can be repaired and I will receive a response. There is a 5 year warranty but, I am doubtful the paint will hold up that long.

We had our house painted a year and a half ago. We are now seeing chipped paint, cracks, in areas where the paint has entirely come off. I have reached out via email, calling the owner directly, and the office. They have not returned any of my calls in the last week and a half.
