Tom's Painting and Remodeling

Tom Schimka took the work of my home entire outside painting, garage walls and floor painting, as well as, putting shelves in 3 closets. First day he washed my entire outside of home, put in 20% of closets, took $500. Then he was not available for couple days and on 3rd day morning came and said, he need $500 more to get all the remaining material, paint, shelves etc. After that he never showed up and ran with money. So essentially took $900 and all he did is washing the house and put in 3 shelves. He keeps telling me, his brother got the heart attack etc and keep fooling around. He also asked for a last chance and said he will make it up, after which he never showed up, not picking up calls or responding to texts. Tom Schimka is absolute fraud. No one should do any business with him or his company. I am going to file whatever complaints that I can against him/his company and recommend no one works with him.
