I love this company! Called to fix my broken garbage disposal and then they sent out a technician the same day! I assumed that this would be expensive since they sent him out the same day but it was a good affordable prince! Had a great experience with this company. loved it loved it loved it!

Amazing service. Amazing price. Amazing technicians. Amazing experience all in general! they really took good care of me throughout all of my appliances, (i had three appliances needed repairs to them).

Amazing performance! Seven Star Appliance was very understanding when I had told them that I needed my appointment as soon as they can since my dishwasher was not working AT ALL!! The receptionist was very nice as well. Offered me times that would work with my schedule and gave me extremely affordable prices!

Absolutely horrible and slow service the gal on the phone was so disrespectful that I had to tell her that she will not talk to me that way. They first came out misdiagnosed my dishwasher then had to come out again to re-diagnosed it. Only to discover it was the same problem as the first time it was never fixed. Then they said they would call me on Monday. I had to call them back on Thursday. Then they finally scheduled me and told me they would be here in 10 to 15 minutes which they weren’t and then I asked if they can wait 5 minutes for appointment number 4 and she started yelling at me which is when I finally had enough
