Discount Service Electric

Kim was nice and did her best to help on the phone because the service technicians were almost 2 hours late. In an act of good faith, Kim extended a 10% discount to us and I was willing to be okay with that provided the work that was completed was done correctly and professionally. Josh our service tech was courteous. The one thing that concerned me is that every concern we raised he seemed to be in a rush to get everything done quickly and not spend the allotted two hours to investigate and troubleshoot our electrical concerns. One of our concerns was in reference to intermittent flickering lights. Josh did say we could be chasing a needle in a haystack so he sent the new employee that was shadowing him to check the electrical panel to make sure all of the connections were tight. We keep our panel locked so they had to ask for us the key to unlock it. They finished the Ring doorbell install and said the connections looked good and no issues were noted in the electrical panel connections. Last night I went to the backyard and I noticed a metal object leaning against the side of the stucco on my house and I was disappointed to see and identify that my electrical panel was still on the floor from when they came to do the service call on Friday afternoon. To make matters even worse, in there haste the technicians left our electrical panel box wide open. Kim in the office is great at estimating costs and scheduling. Jeff did a great job installing a new chandelier and two ceiling fixtures for me. l will call them for future electrical repairs/installations.
