I'll start this review by stating Jose installed cabinets in my laundry room. I was satisfied with his work on that project. However; he installed the pictured baseboards in two of my bedrooms. As you see he did not complete the work and he did an unsatisfactory job with a corner that looks like it's held together with putty and another area where the baseboard is not even touching the floor. I have been attempting to have Jose complete and correct his work for over a month. He has made and cancelled at least 5 appointments. His most recent reason for canceling was due to all his tools being stolen. He suggested, if I was in a hurry to have someone else do the work. I explained the problem with that is that I would have to pay someone else to correct the work he was paid for. I asked how much he was willing to refund me. I have not received a response. Needless to say I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I'm so glad I did not pay cash.
