If you are looking for a hot tub, I would highly recommend Sandy's Pools and Spas. We bought our hot tub in July 2022 from Sandy’s Pools and Spas. Sandy was accommodating and caring during the process. Our hot tub was delivered and set up within a week. The individuals who delivered the hot tub ensured everything was working and we had a general understanding of all the equipment and chemicals. We have continued to do business with Sandy's pool and spas, Sandy has been professional and polite every time we have spoken with her.

We have been waiting a year many different t excuses from too hot to too Rainy not enough workers son was injured to son goi g to a wedding in Hawaii. I had cancer than a mastectomy during this period and the dr said exercise I. Pool would help. I’ll probably die before we get it out I. Sandy's Pools was a living nightmare from March 2021 through September of 2021 when we got our full $11,000 deposit back due to her breach of contract. Sandy's Pools left us with a half dug hole in our yard, destroyed our irrigation system, destroyed our inground electrical work, and caused us six months of pumping mud and water out of this hole. Sandy's excuses for not continuing the work on our inground pool were she couldn't find a track hoe driver, too many above ground pools to install and she never told us her son (who is her only inground pool installer) was seriouly insured in a accident in July of 2021. Sandy changed her story so many times she coudn't even remember what she told us week to week and she is very convincing.
