Kevin, part of a small team of contractors, was hired to remodel our master bathroom. His work for this project consisted of adding a wall to enclose the new tiled shower, moving the existing plumbing outlets for the sink and shower, moving the floor heating vent, adding lighting fixtures, sheet rocking an open wall (old door) into a solid wall and finishing the walls and ceiling with texturing. At all times, Kevin was extremely professional. He was fast and efficient and the final resulting bathroom turned out beautiful. I highly recommend Kevin for any of your handyman, remodeling projects. We will be hiring him in the future for any of our new projects.

Very satisfied with Kevin! He went above and beyond what I could ever hope for in his repair of the siding on my home plus the demolishing of an old shed. The cost for all of this was very fair. Kevin never stops working once he gets started! He's amazing, and I would not hesitate a minute to recommend his services.

Kevin was great to work with. He installed a bathroom fan for us and finished under budget!

Kevin did a great job! We had a dishwasher leak that required a cleaning and restoration company to come clean up. They ripped out chunks of our subfloor and we were left with a mess. The flooring company they partnered with wanted to charge us a ridiculous fortune to put the subfloor back so we looked elsewhere. I'm so glad we found Kevin! I called him up and he came over that night to take a look. He did a very thorough job of measuring and figuring what would be required. He thought about things that we had not thought of, like replacing the toe kicks that had been removed from the front of the cabinets. "I bet I'll have enough particle board left to do those," he said. And they look great! He also noticed that if we were to remove some baseboard in the dining area it would continue on into the family room, which we didn't want. So he brought a little tool with him and cut the board on the wall so we could keep everything in the kitchen and dining area. We told him we were planning to install the floor ourselves once he was done, and instead of poo-pooing our choice (like the flooring guys did) he gave us tips on how to do it more effectively. Sensing that we had at least a little bit of know-how, he answered honestly when I asked him about tearing about the baseboard himself. He said, "You don't want to pay me to do that. You guys are handy and you can do that yourselves." And he was right. It was not that hard and I appreciate that he saved us some money there. He came out to do the work the next week and actually showed up early. He put up a kind of tent of plastic sheets to keep the sawdust confined to one area of our home which I really appreciated, since our whole bottom floor is open to every room. When he was done the floor was level and looked great. He went above and beyond and even caulked all around where the new dishwasher would go and up the wall so that if we were to have another leak, perhaps it wouldn't destroy things quite as completely next time. The price was exactly what he quoted us. I would highly recommend him. I'm sure we'll have him back to do work for us again!
