Do NOT hire Phil Knittle. I hired him to build a patio cover. Made huge design error and agreed to fix and enclose the patio. When it came time to correct, told me he had no money to complete the job. He's a one person shop, so takes forever to do the work does not clean up as he goes. My roof needed redoing and he told me he was insured for roof work - found out he was not. Hired another contractor to complete work, additional thousands of dollars to correct Phil's mistakes. DO NOT HIRE.
