Hill Built Custom Homes, based out of Nampa, is a tiling specialist. Providing tile refinishing, backsplash installation, and tile roofing as well as other services, they were established in 2005. In November 2008, Hill Built Custom Homes did work on a new construction using a permit obtained from Caldwell Code Enforcement; in July 2008, a property owner contracted them to do work on a new construction using a permit also obtained from Caldwell Code Enforcement.
