JC, Very happy with my kitchen. Tom and his crew were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Tom managed the schedule for the trades, and communicated updates or changes to me regularly. They tore down the kitchen walls and opened up the whole space. They removed the kitchen floor and his team matched the new hardwood floor with the existing, it looks seamless. I’m really happy with my kitchen and will be using them for my next project. Hollis NH I had never heard of Kats Construction and Remodel, LLC prior to this job. The person I hired to design our remodel, said she had a general contractor she works with. She gave me the opportunity to meet the owner of Kats Construction and have him provide a quote of his portion of the job. Tom (owner) was very professional and knowledgeable. He outlined exactly what he would do for me and he did that and more. I had an issue with the flooring company we hired and even though it wasn't Kats Construction, Tom assisted me in resolving an issue. Tom's took pride and responsibility for not just his work, but the entire project. He came to do a final walk-through to see if I was happy with the job and also to see if he was happy with the job. I cannot recommend Kats Construction enough. I hope to use Kats Construction again in the furute when we remodel our upstairs. DESCRIPTION OF WORK We hired Kats to move all our first floor furniture (kitchen, living room and dinning room) either upstairs for staging throughout the project. They also did the demolition of our existing kitchen cabinets, counter-tops and flooring. They removed all the debris into a 20 yard dumpster (they arranged to be on site for 2 weeks) then removed the filled dumpster. They also removed all the tile and carpet on the first floor, stairs and upstairs entry hall. They removed the baseboard trim in kitchen and living room. Kats installed our new kitchen cabinets (upper and lower), installed new baseboard trim in living room and hall. Painting of entire first floor stairwell and second floor including the hall way. The painting included both primer and ceiling paint.

Gigi D om was very responsive whenever I had a question. Very respectful of my time and scheduling the different trades. I am very satisfied with the work and I am going to hire them to do additional work around the house here in the near future.
