We had a complete renovation of a duplex. Workmanship was very poor. Flooring was not leveled. Counter top was installed with a slant. The kitchen back splash had to be redone 3 times. The plumbing work was so bad that I had to rip it out and hire a different contract to get it done right. In the end, he took our money and ran without finishing many of the jobs. A total nightmare. Stay away. He will talk the talk without walking the walk.
