JD Parker & Sons Inc.

I have been in the area for 5 months now and went with JD Parker as that is who my neighbors use. However this will be changing as they have shown a habit to keep missing my garbage pick up. Today marks the 5 time in 5 months that I have been skipped but my neighbors have not. Today the issues has continued and after realizing my trash pick up was missed I called and was meet with a complete lack of customer service on the phone, but was rudely told that they would be back to pick it up today, and nobody ever returned to pick up the trash. Sadly WM does not service my area as that is who I have used for years in the past and never once had a missed pick up.

This is Florence Powers.......Can not even explain how great the garbage guys are......they never leave trash....and Always on time......I feel proud to be apart of your company.....so glad I went with you when we moved here 5 years ago......never a problem......thank you so much!
