Joe is a jerk. My wife and myself gave a $1k deposit and when we hit a roadblock requested return. Joe dragged his feet and although nothing in the contract gives the right, stated he would not refund. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not trust this company

I had lowes put in a new kitchen for us on 12,15,2014,lowes subcontacted it out to tropical elegance in new port richey,They did a terrible job,after looking at it for a few days,we saw many things left undone,or done very badly.I russ boyd called lowes corporate in north Carolina,they sent there install manger from springhill fla.named mike.He found the work vey badly done and extrmrly shoddy.He sent another contractor out named john smith ,it took him and two others to repair and complete the work tropical elegance new port richey fla.had done.pictures were taken and everything documented,Mike sent all the information to the install vice president for lowes,named bill Wilson,he fired tropical elegance,they will no longer work for lowes.This company is garbage,if I had not had lowes quarentee the work I would of been left hanging,do not use this company ,they are garbage.please BEWARE.russell wayne boyd weeki wachee fla.

Jared and Joe did an excellent job with my kitchen and bath remodel. I never expected such kind and professional service. I love my new kitchen and bath and would highly recommend using this company.
