GRANT's team performs existing condition assessments, creates design drawings and specifications, prepares budgeting forecasts, provides contractor selection assistance and construction inspections. Thorough QA procedures used on every project include internal peer reviews, data validation and code compliance reviews and frequent interaction with the client and other stakeholders.
