Some of the walls of this conference room had experienced some water damage. We repaired the stained areas and did a full repaint of the entire room. The final product looked really nice!

This project was extremely challenging, but also highly rewarding. The price included all materials, a full power wash, preparation, and a repaint of the entire exterior siding and trim. The house had not been lived in for more than two years. Prior to that, it had been severely neglected and, overall, the property was in very poor condition. Nearly all of the body and trim was experiencing flaking and peeling and had to be prepared and primed. The house had already had multiple contractors abandon the project. Therefore, we made a promise to the homeowner to finish the job, regardless of how much work it took. Although it required significantly more prep than typical, we at Boom Painting were delighted to be a part of this makeover. The homeowners had found a house they loved, but weren't excited about the condition of the exterior. Upon completion, they now had a house they could be proud of!

This project included the preparation, repair and final coating of a tongue and groove porch. The price provided included the furnishing of all materials and all labor required. The customer had concern about several rotting areas of the porch as well as cracking and peeling paint. In order to prevent further damage, we replaced the damaged areas, as well as primed all sides of the boards. In addition, we used siliconized caulk to seal cracks where water had become a problem. Due to the tongue and groove construction of the porch, each board replaced had to fit perfectly with the existing. Therefore, great detail was required throughout the project. However, the completed product looked amazing and our customer was thrilled! Well worth the the work that was put in!

This deck was amazing. As we walked up, we could feel excitement in our blood, because we knew how beautiful it was going to look when we were done! The price included all materials (Cleaners & Stains), a full power wash to remove dirt and mildew, repairs, and the labor to apply the final stain. The customer opted to use a Behr Deck Stain from Home Depot which has really improved into a durable product over the last couple of years. The project didn't quite go perfectly as the homeowners had a really difficult time deciding on a final color. We did several samples at no cost. More important than the small price of the samples, was the satisfaction of the customers and knowing they had a color they loved. However, sometimes, a color cannot be fully interpreted until it has been applied. This was the case here as the customer decided they did not like the selected color. We had completed almost all the railings and spindles, but without hesitation, we gladly stripped the stain off and applied a new solid color. Although there was some extra work involved than originally thought, the change in color turned out to be the better option. But, whats more, is it made the homeowners ecstatic about their deck!

This building had just been acquired by the New York Psychotherapy Counseling Centers and they were looking to clean the place up a bit. The building exterior had experienced severe peeling and sun damage. It was a great deal of work getting the preparation completed, but after it was all said and done, it really looked nice for the Grand Opening of an organization that is doing so much good!

This project was bid to include all paint, materials, and repair work. This house had experienced severe weathering, discoloration, rotting, and was in overall poor condition. In addition to priming and repainting the entire exterior, we also replaced several areas of cracked and rotted beveled siding, fascias boards, window trim, deck railings, and installed new drip edges and a window. As the project ensued, we discovered various areas that required repair and scope above and beyond the original proposal. However, in order to ensure the customer's satisfaction we responded to all the damaged areas and customer's requests.

This house was is relatively good condition, but the homeowner was new and wanted a color change. Our price included everything from materials to power washing, preparation, and the application of the final topcoat. The house came out really nice in a Sage Green. The customers were thrilled with the result and we were too!

We had a lot of fun on this project! It was a lot of washing, but the final product really made it all worth it! In addition, we did a preparation, repair, and repaint of the front columns at the entrance. They had experienced some weathering and water damage, but we were able to seal it all back up and it came out really beautiful!
